Hornady Custom 10mm Auto 180 gr XTP Jacket Hollow Point Ammo 20 Rounds Box
Ten bullets through one hole is the philosophy that brought Hornady Manufacturing from a two-man operation in 1949, to a world-leading innovator of bullet, ammunition, reloading tool and accessory design and manufacture today. Hornady outperforms their competitors by ensuring the products they make are what the customers want right now, and then accurately predict and manufacture what theyll want and need in the future.
Handgun shooters looking for supreme accuracy and maximum knock down power have come to rely on Hornady Custom pistol ammo, loaded with either the famous Hornady XTP (Extreme Terminal Performance) bullet, our FMJ or FTX bullet. Every round of Hornady Custom ammunition is hand inspected before packaging to ensure the highest levels of quality control. At Hornady, they manufacture Custom ammunition to give shooters and hunters the advantage of hand-loaded accuracy in a factory load.

The Below Information Has Been Provided From Our Gun Caliber Dictionary And Is Meant For Informational Purposes Only. It Is Not Intended to Describe The Unique Specifications For This Ammunition.
The 10mm Automatic is a powerful semi auto cartridge. With the proper bullet in capable hands it is suitable for hunting medium size game at close range. Although it has been used on large dangerous game including Cape buffalo and the great bears it is not ideal for such game. The round is capable of pushing a 180 grain bullet to 1,300 FPS from a 5” barrel. This exceeds the power of a .357 magnum by a good margin and is closely on the heels of a .41 magnum. Bullets are .400” diameter and range from 125 grains to 220 grains. Once in service with the FBI, it is now considered excessive in recoil and stopping power for law enforcement use. Hand guns and ammunition is available from most major manufactures. —
